Have you found some flats that you would like to visit? In order to get in touch with the landlords, to organise viewing appointments, we will need you to fill out our application form and send it to us together with a copy of your passport. You can either fill it out online or print the form out and send it by post or fax.
Using our service to help you look for a property is free-of-charge. You pay a commission only when you have decided to rent a property and close a rental contract. The commission charged depends on the length of the rental and the rent per month and is calculated according to the commission rates table as outlined in our General Terms of Business.
If you haven't found a suitable apartment, you can note down all your search criteria on the application form and we can then look for other suitable offers for you.
We will also happily send you our application form by fax, email or post - on request.
